1 pound ground turkey*
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (or coconut aminos)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties that are 1 inch thick.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil. Once the oil is hot, careful place the burgers in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes each side and until the burgers have an internal temperature of 165℉.
Serve on buns, with your favorite burger toppings.
