Stuffed Dumpling Squash Bowls Using @betterthanbouillon Vege

Ingredients

1 dumpling squash

1/2 lb ground beef

1/4 c spinach

1/4 c marinara

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 tsp @betterthanbouillon vegetable base

1 onion

3 cloves garlic

Thyme

Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cut your squash in half and remove the seeds

Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper and flip onto a small baking sheet

Bake at 415 F for 40 minutes. Let cool completely

Make your ground beef filling by sauteing onion, garlic and adding your ground beef. Add your vegetable base and cook fully before adding spinach and marinara.

Cook for another two minutes before stuffing your squash with the beef filling and topping with thyme and parmesan cheese.
