1 small Head of Broccoli

2 small Carrots

½ Red Onion

2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Toasted Sesame Oil

2 cloves Garlic finely chopped

1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Directions

1 NY Steak, Flank or Skirt Steak (about 6 ounces per person)

The Marinade:

The Sauce:

Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.

The Dish:

Peel and slice the broccoli and carrots and poach in boiling water for a few minutes

In a wok or frying pan, heat your cooking oil and when hot, add the beef and quickly sauté to a nice golden brown color. Add the onion, cook for a couple minutes, add the garlic, broccoli and carrots. Add the sauce and mix well.

When hot sprinkle the sesame seeds and serve.
