One-pan Dumpling Soup

Sauce:
1 x can coconut milk
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white miso paste
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar (or any vinegar)
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp honey
1 bunch bok choy, roughly chopped
1 packet frozen dumplings (I use porch & chive)
To top:
Chilli oil
Sesame seeds
Spring onion
Directions
Mix your “sauce” ingredients together in a large dish and whisk until well combined.
Add in your bok choy and spread out evenly.
Add your dumplings on top of the sauce.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes on 180*C, flipping halfway and spooning the sauce over the dumplings.
Top with chilli oil, sesame seeds and spring onion.
