Crush the biscuits, add the melted butter, pour into your mold, spread evenly, then refrigerate while preparing the filling.

Pistachio insert:

2 tbsp pistachio paste

2 tbsp pistachio praline

2 tbsp crêpes dentelle (crispy crepes)

Mix together and spread over the cheesecake base.

Cream:

300g cream cheese at room temperature

1 tbsp pistachio cream

150g cold whipped cream
