Ingredients

A weeknight staple — high-protein, easy cleanup, bold flavor, and perfect for busy women who want something fast but still macro-friendly.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

4 chicken breasts (about 24 oz total)

2 sweet potatoes, diced small

1 red onion, sliced

2 jalapeños, sliced

1 block feta cheese (4 oz)

3 tbsp olive oil

Honey drizzle: 1–2 tbsp

Spices — 1 tbsp each:

Garlic powder

Paprika

Chili powder or cayenne

Salt

Black pepper

Optional: avocado on top (not included in macros)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Prep the sheet pan: Add diced sweet potatoes and sliced red onion. Drizzle with half the olive oil and half the spices. Toss to coat.

Prep the chicken: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Add to the same sheet pan. Drizzle with the rest of the olive oil and remaining spices. Toss everything well so all pieces are evenly coated.

Bake for 20 minutes, tossing halfway.

Add jalapeños & feta: Scatter jalapeños and crumble the block of feta over the top.

Broil for 2–3 minutes until everything gets a little charred + golden.

Finish with a drizzle of honey (1–2 tbsp).

Serve with fresh avocado if you want extra fats (not included in macros).
