Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 pound potatoes, diced

½ tablespoon seasoned salt

1 teaspoon olive oil

¼ cup pico de gallo

½ packet taco seasoning

¼ cup nacho cheese, warmed

½ cup taco blend cheese

Directions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C).

In a mixing bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil and seasoned salt until evenly coated.

Air fry the potatoes for 20 minutes, giving them a shake every 5 minutes, until they’re golden and crispy.

Meanwhile, cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once it’s browned with no pink left, drain off any grease.

Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and stir until the beef is coated. Add the taco blend cheese and mix until it melts through.

Add the crispy potatoes to the skillet with the beef and gently stir to combine.

Top everything with warm nacho cheese and pico de gallo.

Serve hot and enjoy!
