Ingredients

High protein. Balanced. Insanely satisfying. Super easy🤌

Here’s how to make it:

1️⃣ Steam or bake your sweet potatoes until soft

2️⃣ Slice them open and mash into bowls

Season with salt, pepper, paprika (don’t skip seasoning your base 👀)

3️⃣ Cook ground beef

I added:

Garlic

Onion

Bell peppers

Paprika

Red pepper flakes (for that kick)

Salt + cracked black pepper

4️⃣ Load the beef into the sweet potatoes

Directions

Add cheese of choice

Bake until the cheese is melty, bubbly, and disrespectfully gooey

Top with:

Greek yogurt or sour cream, avocado, green onions, hot sauce… whatever makes you happy 😊
