One-pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

12 oz egg noodles

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a gentle simmer.

Add egg noodles and stir to coat. Nestle chicken back into the skillet.

Cover and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring noodles occasionally, until pasta is tender and chicken reaches 165°F.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
