Quick Shredded Chicken Slider

3 oz shredded rotisserie chicken
2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
1/8 cup Cole slaw
1 medium whole wheat dinner roll
Directions
Shred Chicken into bite size shreds. In small nonstick skillet, heat chicken over low-med heat. Add bbq sauce, stirring frequently until chicken is coated thoroughly, 2-4 minutes. (for a few extra calories and grams of protein add little shredded mozzarella)
Place shredded chicken mixture on bottom roll, top with coleslaw top off roll, then enjoy! Filling and delicious, sweet and tangy!
