Grandma Marilyn’s Chicken Curry

1 whole Boiled, baked or Rotisserie Chicken
2 Sticks of butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 container of BADIA 7oz Jamaican style Curry powder (see picture)
8 1/3 cups of Chicken broth (may adjust to desired consistency)
I small container of raisins
Tsp salt
Directions
Melt butter in a pan
Add flour, raisins, onions, salt, curry powder
Add chicken broth and boil mixture to the desired consistency (thickness)
Add chicken pieces and raisins and simmer until ready to serve.
