Bean Burgers

Ingredients

For 3 burger patties:

1 can of kidney beans

60 g oat flakes (tender)

1 onion

25g flour

1 clove of garlic

oil for frying

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp vegetable broth

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp caraway

Salt pepper

Topping:

As desired: grilled vegetables (peppers, zucchini, onions), tomato spread, vegan mayonnaise

Aside from that:

Burger buns

Directions

Mash or mix kidney beans into a mass

Add all other ingredients and knead into a dough. Let rest for 5 minutes and form patties.

Heat up the contact grill, brush with a little oil and fry the patties. Alternatively, the patties can also be fried in a pan

Top the burger as desired
