Maple Garlic Chicken Skewers with Creamy Dijon Dip

Ingredients

For the Chicken Skewers

1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, cut into cubes

2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

For the Maple Garlic Glaze

2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

For the Creamy Dijon Dip

½ cup (120 ml) Greek yogurt

1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard

1 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp salt

Garnish

Fresh parsley or chives

Directions

Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Thread chicken onto skewers and season with salt and black pepper.

Grill or cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.

In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup, garlic, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar until slightly thickened.

Brush glaze over the chicken skewers during the last few minutes of cooking.

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.

Serve skewers with creamy Dijon dip on the side.

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
