3 Ingredient Gluten Free Flatbread

85 g gluten free self raising flour ((I use doves farm))
65 g runny coconut yoghurt ((I use Koko))
1 tsp olive oil
Pinch salt
4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 tsp smoked paprika
Pinch chilli flakes
Handful freshly chopped coriander
Pinch salt & pepper
Directions
Add the flour into a mixing bowl along with the yoghurt and mix with a spoon
Now add the olive oil and mix together with a spoon
Now with your hands mix it together into a large ball
Place a griddle pan on high heat, you don’t need any oil
Flour a work surface and pat the dough ball down with your hands into the shape you want. I am for roughly 1cm thick (it can be delicate so be careful or pick it up with a spatula)
Place onto the pre-heated griddle pan and cook on each side for 2 minutes
Whilst the flatbread is cooking, simply add all the dip ingredients into a small mixing bowl and stir
