250g Egg Whites
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 Scoop @transparentlabs labs Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate (Use code ‘MWFIT’ for 10% off)
1/4 cup or ~20g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp or ~20g Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Fat Free Milk
1/4 cup or ~30g No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Add the egg whites to a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form. Add the cream of tartar and lemon juice and continue mixing.
In a separate bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
Gently fold half of the dry mixture into the whipped egg whites, then fold in the remaining half until fully incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chips and transfer the batter to a lined brownie pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the brownie is set but still slightly soft in the center.
Let it cool for a few minutes before digging in.
Verdict: Certified Gas ⛽️
For 64 grams of protein and just over 500 calories, this one is dangerously good. Definitely one of the better high protein brownie recipes I’ve tested.
