So many of you asked for the full recipe that I had to post it! 😍 This viral dessert is made with JUST 2 INGREDIENTS!!

Apart from being so creamy, it is super light, has no added sugars and is soo delicious 🤩🍫

Ingredients: for 3✨

4 persimmons (preferably ripe)

4 tbsp cacao powder

Optional for decorating- plain yogurt / whipped cream, cacao powder

Directions

Take ripe persimmons, cut them in half and remove the skin.

Blend the persimmon pulp with cacao on a high speed blender until smooth. @ninjakitchenit did such a great job here 🥹🤩

Pour into dessert jars and refrigerate for at least 2h.

Take out from fridge and eat straight from jars or flip them around and serve as mini cakes. I love to add cacao, plain yogurt and shaved chocolate. Some maple syrup and cinnamon would fit well too 😍
