Yellow Squash & Tofu in Thai Basil Sauce

Ingredients:
•1–2 yellow squash, sliced
•1/2 block firm tofu, cubed and fried
•1 garlic clove, minced
•1 tbsp soy sauce
•1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
•1 tsp sugar
•1/2 cup fresh Thai basil
•1 tbsp oil
Directions
Instructions:
1.Fry tofu until golden; set aside.
2.Stir-fry garlic and squash until nearly tender.
3.Add sauces and sugar, toss everything together.
4.Stir in tofu and basil just before serving.
