Korean Pork Skewers

Ingredients

2lbs Boneless Pork Butt Thinly sliced (1/4 inch slices)

4 Tbsp Gochujang

2 Tbsp Lime Juice (~1 Lime)

2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Honey

1/3 Cup Asian Pear Peeled and Grated (1/2 a small pear)

1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

3 Cloves Garlic Grated

1 Tbsp Grated Ginger (1")

Dash of White Pepper

Directions

Add all marinade ingredients together.

Whisk until combined. Pour marinade over the thinly sliced pork butt. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Add the pork pieces equally onto 4 skewers.

Grill on medium high heat, flipping the skewers every 2-3 minutes. Grill for 11-16 minutes or until internal temperature registers 170°F. Remove from the grill and serve with rice, cilantro, thinly sliced peppers and vegetable ribbon salad.
