Ingredients

1 cup shredded cabbage

1/8 cup shredded carrot

1/4 cup well drained pineapple, finely chopped

1/2 tbsp lime juice

1/2 tbsp rice vinegar

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt

Directions

Mix everything except cabbage and carrot. Once well incorporated coat cabbage and carrots. Let sit at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
