High Protein Chocolate Chip Brioche

420g Greek Yogurt
3 eggs
2-4 tbs honey (depending how sweet you want)
1 tsp vanilla
400g Flour (Bread or AP)
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda
180g chopped dark chocolate or chips
1/2 tsp salt
Honey & melted butter for brushing
Directions
Preheat Oven to 200C
Whisk yogurt & eggs till smooth and then add honey & vanilla and whisk again.
Mix the baking powder and bicarb with the flour and pour it in, add the chocolate & salt and mix till everything is combined.
Spoon out into 12 buns (I used an ice cream scoop) I also brushed a little oil on the bottom of the parchment paper.
Leave the buns to settle for 2-3 min then straight in the oven
Bake for 5 min at 200C. Turn oven down to 180C and bake for another 12-15 min.
I brushed with honey and melted butter mixed together as soon as they came out but it’s optional
