Main Ingredients

3 cups Rice Krispies cereal

½ cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup powdered sugar

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup chocolate chips (for coating)

Holiday sprinkles for decorating

Directions

Make the Filling

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.

Add the powdered sugar and stir until fully combined.

Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Shape the Balls

Scoop and roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.

Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 10–15 minutes to firm up.

Coat in Chocolate

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth and glossy.

Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.

Place them back on the baking sheet.

Add Festive Sprinkles

Immediately add holiday sprinkles before the chocolate sets.

Chill & Serve

Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until the chocolate coating is firm.

Serve and enjoy these crunchy, chocolatey holiday delights!
