Ingredients

4 rice paper sheets

100g strawberries

100g blueberries

200g vanilla sugar free Greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla whey protein isolate

Directions

Slice strawberries into small pieces and cut the blueberries in half.

In a bowl, mix together the vanilla Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth and creamy.

Quickly soak a rice paper sheet in water, then place it onto a lightly greased nonstick surface.

Add a layer of fruit, spoon over the protein yogurt mixture, then repeat with another layer.

Fold in the sides first, then roll up the edges until sealed like a wrap.

Freeze for about 1 hour or until firm and chewy. Then enjoy.

Verdict: Certified Gas ⛽️

Low calorie, high protein, refreshing, and honestly one of the coolest healthy desserts I’ve tried in a while.
