1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat)
2-3 tbsp honey
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder (Start with one and add to achieve your desired level of chocolatey-ness!)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend together on high until mouse is completely smooth. Note: if it looks grainy, keep blending!
Top with whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate shavings!
