1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon of cayenne

Half of lemon for the juice

And top it off with Apple cider vinegar with the mother

Directions

Mix thoroughly

Take like a shot

Notes

I do this 1st thing in the morning and the last hour or 2 before i go to bed

Turmeric and cayenne super charges your liver so that will control your hormones

Cinnamon lowers the blood sugar so your body literally shouldn’t be able to store fat

Cayenne is heating you up from the inside out to burn the stored fat
