Ingredients

For the Sauce:

2 tbsp olive oil

1.5 tbsp chopped garlic

2 chopped medium red bell pepper

2 chopped medium Roma tomato

2 tsp salt & pepper

2 tsp Italian herbs

2 tsp paprika

200g light cream cheese

1 cup pasta water

For the Meat:

1lb (400g) extra lean ground turkey

2 tsp salt & pepper

2 tsp Italian herbs

2 tsp paprika

For the Pasta:

240g uncooked pasta

Garnish:

20g grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Checklist

STEP 1 - Boil water in a pot. Add tsp of salt then add pasta. Cook for 8-10 mins and remove 1/2 cup pasta water. Drain and set aside

STEP 2 - Get a pan on medium heat add olive oil and garlic cloves, cook for 1 min then add chopped bell pepper and tomato. Season with salt & pepper, Italian herbs and paprika. Cook for 5 mins STEP 3 - Add the mix to a blender with the pasta water and cream cheese. Blend till a smooth consistency, about 1 minute

STEP 4 - Same pan on medium heat cook the beef for 5 mins and add the same seasonings. Once cooked, introduce pasta and the sauce. Mix and simmer then top with parmesan cheese & ENJOY!
