Ingredients

3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp allspice

1/8 tsp cloves

1/4 cup chia seeds

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until everything is incorporated.

Cover and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
