Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

1 c buttermilk

2 Tbsp oil

1 egg (good with more too)

1/2 c whole wheat flour

1/2 c white, whole wheat, or part soy flour and wheat germ can be used

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Combine buttermilk, oil, and eggs.

Add flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and mix only until moistened.

Cook on a griddle or skillet.
