Roasted Garlic Butter– Easy Outback Steakhouse Copycat

2 whole garlic bulbs
2 tsp olive oil
8 oz unsalted butter, room temp
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Slice garlic bulbs in half, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil.
Roast for 45 mins. Let cool.
Squeeze garlic into bowl. Add butter, salt, and parsley.
Mash everything until smooth.
Chill in parchment or use right away.
