Ingredients • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts • 2 Tablespoons taco seasoning • 1 15- ounce can black beans drained and rinsed • 1 cup corn kernels • 1 10- ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies • 10 ounces enchilada sauce• 1 cup Mexican cheese blend

Instructions
1. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with the taco seasoning.
2. Put the beans, tomatoes, corn, green onions, and enchilada sauce in the crock pot.
3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the mixture. Put the lid on, and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
4. After the meat is done cooking, remove the chicken from the crock pot, and use 2 forks to shred it.
5. Return the chicken to the slow cooker, and stir to combine all the ingredients.
6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese all over the mixture, then put the lid back on the crock pot. Let it sit for 5 minutes so the cheese can melt.
