Cottage Cheese Cheesecake

2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
½ tablespoon melted butter
Cheesecake
½ cup cottage cheese
1 large egg
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop protein powder or ¼ cup almond flour
Directions
Crust
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Mix together the Graham Cracker Crumbs and Butter. Press into a small ramekin dish. Bake until the crust is golden brown, 5- 7 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 325°F
Cheesecake
Add all the ingredients for the Cheesecake into a food processor or blender. Process or blend everything together until smooth.
Pour your mix into your Cheesecake dish or pan and bake until set, 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool, wrap it up, and put it into the fridge for a few hours before slicing.
