Sweet and Sticky Chicken

Ingredients

16 oz. chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized chunks

Neutral oil, for cooking For the Marinade & Sauce

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

3 cloves garlic

1½ tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil

Directions

Slice chicken thighs into 1 in pieces, add to a bowl and add in dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, grated garlic, brown sugar, honey, and sesame oil. Let it marinade for at least 15 minutes or overnight. Preheat your pan over medium high heat, add in a bit of oil and your chicken with the marinade. Let it cook to an internal temperature of at least 165, and the sauce will thicken with it. Serve over rice and top with green onions if you like.
