How to make it yourself:
Directions
Peel and dice your Korean radish into small 1/2 inch cubes and slice your green onions
In a bowl, add your raw chicken wings, corn starch, salt, and black pepper and mix well
Coat your air frier tray with spray oil and place your chicken wings in the tray
Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes then flip and cook for another 5 minutes in the air frier until golden brown and crispy
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey, brown sugar, and minced garlic and mix to create your sauce
In a small bowl, add your cubed Korean radish, sugar, white vinegar, salt, and water and mix and let it marinate overnight in the fridge
In a sauce pan on medium heat, add your sauce and stir until it starts to bubble then quickly add your cooked wings and coat it with the sauce
In a meal prep container, add half your wings topped with sesame seeds and green onions and half your Korean Pickled Radish. And repeat for the second container.
