Breakfast Egg Wrap

1 tomato, sliced
2 eggs
Cooked bacon
2 cheese slices
Spinach
Salt and Pepper
Tortilla
To a frying pan drizzle olive oil. Place in tomato slices. Whisk eggs abd pour on top of tomatoes. Place tortilla on top. Cook for around 2-3 minutes or until egg is cooked.
Flip over and sprinkles bacon bits. Add cheese abbd cover with a lid. Allow the cheese to melt.
Directions
Add spinach to one half and flip the other half over so it looks like a quesadilla.
