1/2 cup almond milk

1 TBSP maple syrup

1 TSP vanilla

1/3 - 1/2 cup chia seeds

1 TSP Ground Cinnamon

Directions

Mix dry ingredients (cinnamon and chia seeds)

Mix wet ingredients

Mix together

Refrigerate overnight

Top with fruit and/or nuts as desired
