BBQ Honey And Ginger Sauce

3 cups honey
3 cups soy sauce
3 cups mirin
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup finely chopped ginger
1/2 cup finely chopped garlic
Directions
Combine the soy sauce, mirin, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a medium to largel saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. (watch carefully as it can boil over quickly!).
Reduce the heat to medium and gently boil until the mixture is slightly syrupy and reduced to about 2/3 cup, 30+ mins.
Remove from the heat and let cool.
