Carmelized Salami

750 gram salami, cubed
5 tbsp bbq sauce
3-4 tbsp mustard (to taste)
2-3 tbsp strawberry jam (to taste)
Directions
Heat pan over medium high heat and saute salami, tossing occasionally until edges are starting to brown.
In the meantime, combine bbq sauce, mustard and jam to form a sauce.
Pour the sauce on top of the salami and cook a bit longer, tossing regularly, allowing for salami to caramelize.
