Directions

Place the rack in the bottom of the pot. Pour the water in the pot. Place the eggs on the rack.

For Hard Boiled Eggs:

Close the lid and seal. Cook on high pressure on manual for 5 minutes. Keep the lid on for natural release 5 minutes then use the quick release and open the lid once the steam escapes. Quickly run the eggs under cold running water until cool enough to hold. Peel right away.

Soft Boiled Eggs:

Close the lid and seal. Cook on high pressure on manual for 3 minutes. Quick release and open the lid once the steam escapes. Quickly run the eggs under cold running water until cool enough to hold. Peel right away.
