Hot Honey, Brie, Pigs in Blankets Garlic Baguette

All the bestest flavours tucked into one, this is a super quick, easy and a fun way to use up those pigs in blankets over Christmas! 🤤

Ingredients (serves 2):

9 pigs in blankets

1 garlic baguette

50g brie cut into rectangles

15g runny honey

Tsp hot sauce

Chilli flakes to garnish

Fresh parsley to garnish

Directions

Start by cooking the pigs in blankets according to packet instructions.

Next, slice the baguette in half stretching out with your fingers. Bake for 3/4 of the recommended time.

Top with the pigs in blankets, and brie. Bake for a further 5-7 minutes.

Whilst it cooks, mix together the honey and hot sauce.

Once cooked, drizzle over the hot honey, garnishing with the chilli flakes and fresh parsley.
