Melt In Your Mouth Beef Ribs

1 ½ Ib boneless spare ribs (you can use bone in too! ) only from @jglattbrooklyn
2 shallots chopped into chunks
1/2 cup evoo
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic and onion powder & paprika @peregnatural
1/4 cup honey @gefen_foods
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar KFP! @tuscaninifoods
Water to fill just to cover the meat (about a cup)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 300F.
In a pan cover the bottom with foil and add in all the ingredients! With gloves rub in the sauce( and if you want let sit over night or you can skip if you don’t have time.) cover tightly with foil and place in the oven for 2 hours.
Then uncover and baste your meat with the sauce which means with a spoon (or syringe )add sauce to the top.
Bake for another 30 minutes uncovered. Serve with a side of string beans or mashed potatoes.
