Beef Stew and Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

½ onion diced

2 carrots

1 celery

16 oz stew meat

32 oz bone broth

1-2 boxes Beefy onion soup mix

Salt and pepper to taste

Paprika

Thyme

1 large potato per person

1 stick of butter

2 Tbsp milk

Directions

Cook meat over medium to low heat in a pot with seasonings until browned

Add onions until slightly golden

Add bone broth and set to simmer

Add Vegetable

In another pot, boil potatoes for 20-30 minutes

Strain potatoes and add butter and milk, then mash and season

Add soup mix to stew

Serve stew over potatoes
