French Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1 cup milk

3 egg yolks, beaten

1 T vanilla

1 c whipping cream

Directions

Blend sugar, salt, milk, and egg yolks together in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture comes to a boil. Cool. Add vanilla and cream. Freeze.
