Healthy Edible Cookie Dough

Ingredients

2 cups oat flour

1/4 cup protein powder (optional)

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup runny almond or peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp almond extract

1-6 tbsp almond milk (or any milk)

1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips.

Start with 1 tbsp almond milk and add more until you reach your desired cookie dough texture.

Fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy!
