Ingredients

1 oz. Turkey Rhubarb

4 oz. Slippery Elm

16 oz. Sheep Sorrel

21 oz. Burdock Root

Directions

Bring 2 quarts water and 2/3 c Essiac Tea mix to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes. Let set for 10 to 12 hours at room temperature or may be refrigerated. Then reheat for 10 minutes or so, strain and put into a glass jar. Refrigerate.

Drink I cup of the tea every morning on an empty stomach and wait 1 hour before eating. At bedtime, drink another cup of tea on an empty stomach. You can drink one cup before lunch or dinner too, about 1 hour before the meal. Three cups a day is good for a cancer patient.
