Oven Baked Burgers Recipe

1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
2 Tablespoons Dill Relish
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Lb Ground Beef
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Small Pinch Salt/Pepper
1/4 Sweet Onion - finely chopped
8 Slices Cheddar (or American Cheese)
4 Burger Buns
Directions
Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish and chili powder. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375ºF
Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Form into 4 thin patties, sprinkle with salt.Heat oiled pan over medium/high heat. Fry patties on each side until just under-cooked. This will usually take 3-4 minutes total depending on thickness.
Assemble burgers: Place bottom bun on large piece of foil. Top with slice of cheese, burger patty, onions, 1-2 Tablespoons sauce, second cheese slice and top bun. Bring up edges of foil and wrap securely around burger. Repeat process to prepare each burger.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until hot, melty and cooked to preferred doneness. Serve immediately.
