Popped Beans

1 can drained and rinsed cannellini beans
1 can drained and rinsed red kidney beans (2 kinds optional)
1/2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
Suggested seasoning, but use as you please!
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 ½ tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp @osmosalt mesquite salt (save with code 2EXPLOREWELLNESS)
Sprinkle of cayenne
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Dry your beans and mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Pour onto parchment lined baking sheet and spread out evenly and flat. Use two sheets if needed.
Bake until popped and crispy, about 25-40 minutes depending on your oven!
Let cool and enjoy!
