Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken breast, l cut into 1-inch cubes.

8 medium red potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 cubes.

1/3 m of olive oll.

2 tablespoons garlic powder.

2 tbsp. of hot sauce, you can add more if you like it too hot.

1 tablespoon of paprika.

2 teaspoons salt.

I teaspoon black pepper

up:

2 cup of Fiesta cheese mix.

1 c chopped green onions.

1/2 lb of shredded bacon.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. I spray cooking spray down a 9x13* baking dish.

Mix olive oil salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and hot sauce together in a large bowl

Add the chicken and potatoes into cubes and toss to coat.

Place the potatoes and chicken in a carefully lined baking dish.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes, until browned and crispy and browned on the outside.

While the potatoes are cooking, fry the bacon.

When its fully baked, remove the potatoes and chicken from the oven.

Place cheese, fried bacon and green onions on top of the potatoes.

Next, return the casserole to the oven and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
