1 Pork Shoulder (5-10 lbs) (picnic butt or boston butt)

3/4 cup apple cider

3/4 cup apple juice

1 splash apple cider vinegar

Yellow Mustard

For the rub:

paprika

brown sugar

pepper

salt

Directions

For larger cuts, remove the fat cap. It's ok to leave a little, but a thick fat cap will make the cook time longer.
