Overnight Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients

35 g vanilla protein powder

30g oat flour

1g baking soda

2.5 mL vanilla extract

30g Greek yogurt

50g water

12g mini chocolate chips

Sweetener to taste

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add yogurt, vanilla and water gradually until batter consistency. Fold in the chocolate chips. Let sit in fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight until thickened into cookie dough texture.
