Cocoa powder - ⅛ cup, 12.5g

Mashed sweet potato - 1 cup, 240g, 8.5 oz

Natural peanut butter - ½ cup, 128g, 4.5 oz

Powdered peanut butter - ½ cup, 60g, 2.1

Chocolate protein powder - ½ scoop, 12.5g

Sugar-free maple syrup - ¼ cup, 80ml, 2.7

Dark chocolate chips - ½ cup, 85g, 3 oz

Ingredients (1 batch) (original)

Mashed sweet potato - 1 cup, 240g, 8.5 oz

Natural peanut butter - 1 cup, 256g, 9 oz

Cocoa powder - ¼ cup, 25g, 0.9 oz

Pure maple syrup - ¼ cup, 80ml, 2.7 fl oz

Dark chocolate chips - ½ cup, 85g, 3 oz

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F and roast sweet potatoes whole with skin on until completely soft in the middle

2. Line an 8 × 8 inch, 20 × 20 cm pan with baking paper

3. In a bowl, peel and mix sweet potato, peanut butter, cocoa powder and maple syrup until smooth

4. Fold through the dark chocolate chips

5. Spread evenly into the pan

6. Bake for 18-21 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs

7. Allow to cool before slicing, they firm up as they set

Notes

Same method, just mix powdered peanut butter with water until you hit a smooth peanut butter
