Baked Mac N Cheese

Ingredients

Mac n cheese

1 box of pasta

6tbsp of butter

1/3 cup of flour

3 cups of milk

1 cup heavy cream

4 cups cheddar cheese

2 cups Gruyère cheese

Paprika

Salt

Pepper

Topping crumble:

1.5 cups panko crumbs

4 tbsp butter

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Paprika

Directions

For the cheese sauce… Use the butter and flour to make a roux until it’s foamy then add all the milk and heavy cream… mix till it starts to thicken. Add paprika salt and pepper. Then add 2 cups at a time of the cheese mix leaving like a 1.5/2 cups to spare.

For the pasta: boil it 2 min less then what the box says and when you take it out and strain it sprinkle a little olive oil on it and mix so it doesn’t stick

Then layer half the pasta and cheese sauce and then the rest of the cheese then the rest of the pasta and sauce

For the crunch u can use either butter or olive oil and mix it all together then put it on top

Bake at 370 for 30-45 mins
